International Project Management for HR Professionals: An international training and certification programme delivered by a training partner with PMI® Authorized Training Partner (ATP) status. 6 hours · International certificate
International Coaching Program: A Continuing Coach Education (CCE) programme delivered by Fatih Elibol, an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC). 7 hours · CCE programme
International Human Resource Management: Two months of online learning with Fundamental and Advanced pathways for newcomers and experienced HR professionals. 16 modules · 24 hours · 2 months

Schedule

Online through Zoom. Twice weekly, 90 minutes per class. Weekday groups at 19:30 and 20:00, with weekend groups at various times.

Three international certificates and an official recommendation from the Azerbaijan Center of Diplomacy for participants whose attendance is confirmed.

An international training and certification programme delivered by a training partner with PMI® Authorized Training Partner (ATP) status. A Continuing Coach Education (CCE) programme delivered by Fatih Elibol, an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC). International participation certificate for the International Human Resource Management Program. Official Letter of Recommendation issued by the Azerbaijan Center of Diplomacy.

Yes. Fundamental is designed for newcomers. Experienced professionals can choose Advanced.

When does learning start?

New training groups open every week until the end of October 2026. Your group and training schedule will be confirmed with you after registration.

How are classes organised?

Online via Zoom over two months, twice per week. Each session lasts 90 minutes. Weekday and weekend groups are available.

Which documents will I receive?

Participants with confirmed attendance receive the PMI® ATP partner training certificate, a certificate for the ICF CCE programme, a UK-accredited HRM participation certificate and an official recommendation from the Azerbaijan Center of Diplomacy.

What happens after applying?
